Can't Wait for Book 2!

It’s after midnight, and I’ve just finished the book! I had to give it a review. I must say, I was a bit leery after reading the description. However, I saw the videos on Instagram and decided to try it. I’m an avid reader and love The Enemy to Lovers novels. From the moment I began, I couldn’t stop. I was hooked, trying to uncover the mystery of the characters in the prologue and how they tied into Nalda and Zander’s story. “WOW” is all I can say without spoiling it for everyone. I never read about an Atheist in a Christian book before, but I have to say that Zander was my favorite character. He was so real! I loved how the author brought you into his world and allowed you to see things from his perspective in a way without room for judgment. It reveals why God loves everyone. I still don’t understand how Nalda fell for him, having such a strong relationship with Christ, but then I could blame it on her lack of experience and sheltered life. Admitting he was an Atheist would’ve been a turn-off for me, but again, the story shows that everyone, including Christians, has their struggles and is not perfect like we like to pretend we are. It was her prayers that God needed, reminding me why we all need to pray for everyone daily, even our enemies. We could be their only connection to God. Good book. Very good book. After reading that ending, I can’t wait to see what happens in Book 2!

Excellent Read!!!

I don't normally give reviews, but after reading this book, I had to. This book caught me from the start. The author has a way of grabbing your attention and keeping it. I found that Nalda was a bit naive, but it was understandable because she was sheltered all her life. Zandar...OMG!!!! You can't help but fall in love with him when you read his story and the things he went through. It helps you to understand why he is the way that he is and why he doesn't believe that there's a God. This book is not like your average Christian romance mystery. It is something that I can see happening in real life. The characters are not perfect, so if you're looking for perfection, this is not the book for you. If you want to read a book that is based on real, true, imperfect Christianity, where the Christians need God daily, then this is the book for you.
